Just like Alaska Airline, this lounge was extremely underwhelming. The breakfast-to-lunch transition dragged on forever, leaving very limited options for a long period of time. I had a great experience at this lounge. The staff were all very friendly and kept me informed about my unfortunate flight delay. The breakfast and lunch spreads were both very yummy. I gained access as an Alaska Air First Class ticket holder and I definitely will try to fly Alaska Air more now.

The Alaska Lounge at LAX is quite spacious. Staff is friendly and helpful. One even takes the initiative to introduce us to the lounge’s signature pancake machine and to teach us how to use it. The bartender is very attentive and decisive, as she takes notes of the number of drinks each passenger
