As usual, japanese lounge are clean. There are not much staff working so it is expected you need to self service like any part of Japan. Being quiet is encouraged in this lounge. I like the ANA lounge and the food is pretty decent especially the curry and they have beer on tap however I wish there was a bit more seating available.
