The staff on the first floor were quite unfriendly, though I hope this was just an isolated incident. The dining area is on the second floor, accessible by elevator. Elena , greeted so warmly front check in no line 7:50 Edmundson provided exceptionally service! I asked for a martini espresso he told me to bring over an espresso, he shook it up perfectly and I got the best with three coffee beans. Got salmon toast and eggs mmmm ! They were at full capacity when we arrived but they were 4 out and 4 in. It went quite quickly. Fast service for drinks. Buffet style food came out reasonably fast. There’s a Priority Pass lounge in Terminal 1 now! The Club does something close to a 1-in, 1-out system for entry, which makes sense as there’s a fixed amount of seating, and food and drink are app based which requires delivery to a numbered table.
