Super disappointing, cannot recommend. For how much it cost, this was a far inferior experience vs virgin, Emirates and most 1st airline lounges due to the service provided from the dinning staff. Very nice place, British decor, various seating options. Food is good, but not extraordinary. Service is very friendly, could be a bit more proactive though. Shower facilities are lousy! I still enjoyed my stay and the afternoon tea is amazing!
