Good for breakfast in the morning but no proper areas to nap- especially when coming off a red eye flight and landing at 5am when I could not sleep properly. The shower was fine and they provided a toothbrush and toothpaste and comb, luggage storage available so I didn’t have to lug my carry on and
This is a great place to have available if you are traveling to London on an early am arrival flight. The english breakfast and pasttries are good. There are some nice cube like chairs where you can have your privacy. The showers are dated and could use some tlc but a definite plus after a long f
Good arrivals lounge for BA passengers. Especially after long-haul flights. Interior is nice and clean. Shower rooms are good and it's the main reason why I decided to visit it (it's worth it!), but a little bit old. Food was okay-ish
Consider also installing more seats and a cafe in the luggage hall as it takes so long to get our bags back every time
If you have the ability (One World Emerald long haul or 1st class), definitely go one floor up from T5 arrivals and use this lounge. It looks like a smaller version of the BA departures lounges, with much the same food and drink offering. But it has lots of showers - and baths! The latter are in l
