Excellent British airways Galeries Business and first class lounge. Very nice and quiet. Well maintained. Large spacious hall. Nice view of the runway. Wide chose of wines, spirits and soft drinks. Delicious breakfast. Absolutely recommend visiting this lounge while you waiting for your flight.

Food review: I didn’t have high expectations, yet I was still disappointed. The food I tried didn't taste good except for red pepper in olive oil and cheese. There weren’t any nuts. On the bright side, at least I wasn’t tempted to overeat.

Not bad lounge. Transferred from T5 to T3 having arrived T5 (later #BA bussed us back to a plane to board....2 hours wasted... #uselessBAoperations). Food ok. Lounge ok but don't call yourself a business lounge if you can't charge your phone....

Check-in staff weren’t particularly warm and were on the snobby side, but once inside, the lounge was ok. It’s spacious with different areas to suit everyone, a kids’ zone with a PS5, a bar and wine area, and plenty of seating throughout. The buffet offers a mix of simple foods, though would benefit
