Been here several times, food is still great but what’s letting it down is the service and also a lack of quiet spaces if you wanted a quick snooze (think Cathay Pacific Pier lounge). Either the staff need a decent break in between shifts or perhaps some vocational counselling to ensure they are in
I was able to use this lounge because of my status on American Airlines. This is a first class lounge. They serve like a restaurant with a waiter. The food tasted great and was nice and quiet staff was friendly
During peak time lounge is really crowded. As OW sapphire i get invitation to thia loinge labelled as Qantas first. Personally i would rather go to OW lounge next to it.
