Took us three tries to get in. The first time we arrived at 330, was told no priority pass until 5pm. We went to the China airlines lounge until 5pm, that lounge is worse than this one besides their self serve alcohol/liquor bar. The second time, we arrived at 5pm and was told not open until 530p
4 stars, here’s why… Pretty much everything you've read is accurate for Priority Pass holders about availability. The lounge is only open from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and then again from 9:30 PM onward. If you're looking for a SHOWER, it's FREE, and the water is hot. They even provide shampoo. You'll
Had a great time in the Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse. The food was quick, fresh, and tasty. The front of house, bar, and the lounge staff were amazing and really nice! Thank you for having me! I'll see you again when I fly out of SFO!
Horrible food options, no hot food, probably the worst I’ve ever seen at a lounge. They put people in different sections depending on flying business class or priority pass saying the other area is ‘Reserved’. The QR code to order food is different too. The space was clean and it was good to have s
